A Night of Healing, Self Care & Connection - An Interactive Workshop for Young Widows & Widowers
Connect with others who understand. Participate in purposeful activities connected to grief, loss & self care. This workshop provides offerings by special guests in the areas of the healing arts, energy work and spiritualism (participation optional for all offerings).

About the Event
We will gather as a large group for introductions. After introductions, participants will go through a rotation of 5 pre-selected activities/small group discussions. Your selections will be based on the information you share on your registration form. We will gather for a closing circle at 7:45pm. Participants are welcome to stay and enoy light refresenments until 8:30pm.
This workshop is open to young widows and widowers. Members are between the ages of 25 and 55. Please reach out if you have specific questions about this workshop. We ask that anyone who wants to attend comes with an open mind and an open heart.
